Representative Bunde moved and asked unanimous consent to                      
withdraw the following:                                                        
                                                                               
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 3                                                  
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska             
relating to initiatives regarding natural resources belonging to the           
state.                                                                         
                                                                               
There being no objection, HJR 3 was withdrawn.
